4. "Content" refers to materials or information provided by the User and feedback, guidance, or edited material returned by Ressaar as part of its support services.

Use of the Services.

1. You agree to use our Services solely for academic guidance, mentoring, editing, and review purposes and not for submitting work as your own or violating institutional academic integrity policies.
2. You may not submit, request, or distribute any Content that is plagiarized, violates academic integrity policies, or infringes on any third-party rights.
3. Ressaar reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if we determine that the request violates ethical or legal guidelines.

Payments & Refunds.

1. Our Services are offered on a custom pricing basis. Users must request a quote before proceeding with any order.
2. Payment must be made in advance as per the agreed terms before the commencement of any work.
3. Due to the nature of our Services, all payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Ressaar fails to provide the agreed scope of academic guidance or support.

Termination of Services.

1. Ressaar reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at any time if a User violates these Terms.
2. Users may discontinue their request for Services before services begin. However, once work has started, cancellation may not be possible, and refunds will not be issued.

Intellectual Property.

1. Ressaar retains intellectual property rights over feedback, guidance, editorial input, and supporting materials provided as part of its Services.
2. Users may use the guidance and edited materials solely for personal educational purposes and remain responsible for their final academic submissions.

Data Privacy.

1. Ressaar respects your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our Services and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. We do not share User data with third parties unless required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties.

1. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees of grades, academic success, or specific outcomes.
2. Ressaar does not guarantee that the Services will meet specific institutional requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their academic guidelines.

Limitation of Liability.

1. Ressaar is not liable for any academic penalties, loss of grades, or consequences resulting from the use of our Services.
2. We do not take responsibility for any misuse of our work, including misuse of guidance, feedback, or edited material in violation of institutional academic integrity policies.

Governing Law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
